The art of micro practice

I began teaching in 1989 and still have many students who started with me back then. These long-term students have not found any problem practising on a regular basis and that's probably why they are long-term students. In more recent times many of the newer students have complained that they don't have time to practise or they are so busy and stressed out, it's difficult to keep up their practise of tai chi or qigong.

The modified 64 Wu style tai chi

Why I developed the modified 64 form
I'm now in my 70th year, I don't teach many classes or workshops nowadays so it could be said that I am semi retired. For a long time now I have been developing a modified version of the Wu style tai chi to practice into my old age. This originally was to be just for me you understand. It is now pretty much fully developed and I like it very much.
