This will be a loosely structured workshop focusing on bringing the internal content of the Marriage of Heaven & Earth into your Tai Chi form. As time allows, we will study;
The rising and sinking of energy in the movements, how and where to lengthen the tissues, allowing the opening and closing of the joints & cavities to bring rhythm to your movements and bringing the whole breath into your movements.

Each workshop costs £30 to be paid on the day, no advance booking required.

All are welcome beginners to advanced.
